Terms of Service

You are 18+. You give us a real email and keep it secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

You will not generate content that is unlawful, hateful, deceptive, infringes someone else's rights, or impersonates a real person (without their consent). You will not abuse the service to scrape competitors or train external models on the outputs.

You own what you create. We get a non-exclusive license to host + render your content so the service works. We do not claim authorship of your scripts, posts, or recordings.

AI-generated text is presented for your review. You decide whether to publish it. You are responsible for the final output once you publish. We strip em dashes and triplet fragments by default to protect voice quality, but final QA is yours.

Subscription pricing shown on the pricing page. Trial gives you 7 days at a daily AI cap. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Caps reset on the 1st of each month. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months.

We aim for high uptime but provide the service as-is. Vendor outages (Supabase, Vercel, OpenAI, xAI, Stripe, Resend) can temporarily affect specific features. Status page link will land in TASK-016.

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. We can suspend accounts that violate Acceptable Use. Soft-delete preserves data 30 days for recovery, then permanent.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

We may update these terms. Material changes get an email notification at least 14 days before they take effect.
